Like the original programme they recognise the barriers AF spouses face in accessing job, career and business opportunities. They allow spouses/partners the opportunity to consider the best way forward for both them and their families, improve their employment opportunities and also allows them to consider the possibility of developing their own business.
Our Original Enhanced Version
The ‘Enhanced’ 10-week, online virtual personal development programme is designed specifically for spouses, civil or long term partners of serving personnel in the UK Armed Forces. It has been enormously successful over the past 4 years allowing 60 spouses to graduate from 6 cohorts, changing not only their lives, but the lives of their families.
Testament to the difference this has made to the participating spouses lives is the fact that over one third of graduates have answered the call for help to evolve the programme into something more sustainable and affordable for spouses to be able to self-fund, ensuring ongoing accessibility.
Previously, due to limitations in available funding, less than half of the spouses who applied to take part in the programme were able to do so. Opening up self-funded versions of the programme allows access to all at the time that you need it, and the new versions bring it to you at a more affordable price.
