Our approach is grounded in real-world experience.

Our founder, Tina Smith, brings over 30 years of professional experience across sectors including environmental sustainability, policy and strategic planning, alongside more than a decade of coaching, facilitation and leadership development.

Having lived and worked across four continents, we bring a deep understanding of global mobility, cultural transition and the human side of organisational change.

This combination allows us to work both systemically and practically – supporting not just insight, but meaningful and lasting change.
